Intermittent problems with Crystal report getting hung while executing

We have PS Financials 9.1 PT 8.51 system running an Oracle 11g database on AIX and Win-2008 platforms.

One of custom Crystal reports programs gets hung while executing about every 10th time it is run. We have analyzed the SQL being run and it appears to be fine although the DB server seems to be quite taxed while this Crystal is "hung". This report runs about 40 times a week and appears to get hung up about 4 times a week on our PSNT process scheduler.

Anyone have any ideas on why this Is might be happening? Isthere anyway to trace an individual Crystal report?
