WF_WS_JMS_IN_R and WF_JMS_JMS_OUT_R Rule Sets invalid after upgrade from 11.5.10.2 to 12.1.3

We just completed the test upgrade from 11.5.10.2 to 12.1.3.  The following rule sets are invalid after the upgrade:

WF_WS_JMS_IN_R

WF_JMS_JMS_OUT_R

Referring to Document ID 876258.1, we tried that fix, but to no avail.

There are no hits on Metalink for these invalids.
