'bea.jolt.ApplicationException: TPESVCFAIL

We have setup our PeopleSoft App/Web on DMZ servers to enable external access. While we are getting successful logins, we are also getting frequent disconnections with error on the webpage as bea.jolt.ApplicationException: TPESVCFAIL - application level service failure

We are on 8.51.06 and our PeopleSoft servers with internal core network does not seem to have this problem. The issue seems to occur on our DMZ servers for external users. We have two web servers on DMZ1 and two app servers on DMZ2 load balanced, connecting to the database on the internal core.
