Scheduling and Emailing PS Query Output results

Hi,

    I have a clarification on "Scheduling and Emailing PS Query Output results". Now iam able to schedule the PS Query process and send the Email to the recepient,however i would like to set a Validation or check here;

If the Query returns rows--> then AE scheduled need to be run and Email the results.

Else Email should be sent if there are no rows.

Where to configure this validation?
