Application Engine - 30 million rows need to be processed

Hi All,

We have a app engine which needs to process 30 million rows.

We developed app engine, this is working fine for 5 million rows and takes 2 hours.

But for 30 million rows, it is running for more than 4 days, how to re-write this app engine to process 30 million rows in less than 10 hours?

Any wide suggestions will also help as I am good in technical side, so please suggest what should we look for?
