How to correct BIP-03 and BIP04 audit descrepancies?

Hi applied MP 11-D to my DEMO and Configuration datbases.  My audits in my Demo Database are clean.  However, in my Configuration DB my sysaudit are showing the following:

(BIP-03) Template Definition used by a Report Definition but does not exist in Template Definition table:Rpt Defn ID-------------Template ID-------------------------------APY2021X1 FILE11 Total Rows(BIP-04) Template Definition not associated with any Report Definition:Template ID-------------------------------APY2021X1_5ARX80016A_VW_1APY2021X1_6ARX11001PCan anyone provide instructions to clean these up.
