Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Not able to update staged dunning level

Hi,

We are in version 12.1.3 and using staged dunning plan

In one of our instances, I'm not able to update the staged dunning level in collections workbench

Right clicked on the transaction in transaction tab in collections workbench and option 'Change Staged Dunning Level' is greyed out.

How to overcome this?
