IEX: Send Dunnings for delinquent customers does not trigger the Dunning letter program - 11i

 Hello All,
Please help me with this issue - really urgent..

We have run this program before, which has triggered 'Oracle Collections Delivery XML Process (IEX Xml Generated and Delivery)' in turn.

But now, in the same instance, this does not trigger it. I ran the Scoring Engine Harness program before to create delinquencies. 

Log file of the program ' IEX: Send Dunnings for delinquent customers'  shows two error for all dunning id's.

Either this..

Create Dunning Id=62314
Sending process failed 
Error:Sending process failed: missing email address.

or this...

Error:The send dunning flag in customer profile is set to no.
