Oracle Identity Manager and RACF Connector: delete reconciliation events

OIM is not revoking RACF resource instances when the RACF accounts are deleted directly in RACF.  We're running OIM 9.1.0.2 and IBM Advanced RACF connector 9.0.4.11.  Other changes to RACF accounts (like name changes) get updated in OIM (so it's not a general failure with the connector).  When a RACF account is deleted in RACF, the corresponding RACF LDAP gateway account is deleted, and a recon event shows up.  But the recon event appears to be missing information (see attachment), and it goes to Users Matched status (instead of Event Linked like other RACF recon events).  And the corresponding RACF resource instance
