What's the best practice using IPMP Link-Based failover or Probe-based
failover in OVM/LDOMS and non-LDOMS? My network can support either.
I did notice that it seems like probe-based is the default because with out the presence of an IP address on the second vnet probe-based gets disabled.
"Dec 26 16:52:46 link-test in.mpathd[7765]: No test address configured on interface vnet0; disabling probe-based failure detection on it"
Also other than the "etc/system" parameters for soft rings are there any other settings/options that we should configure or look at?
Thanks,
Ed
