Follow Up Action on the conversation
There is a follow up action field on the conversations page But I don't see the follow up date(date when the follow up has to be done) field where I can enter. However I do see a field called date which is not user enterable field. How does this work. Logically the system should give an option to enter the date so that the collector or the sales person will know when to contact customer again.
