Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Finance Charges Calculation

Hi all,

We are in the process of upgrading from R11.5.10 to R12 , in our R11i environment we used the Dunning letter to calculate the finance charges for us.

How do we handle it in R12 Advanced collection via the dunning plan setup ?

Also, we are using the strategy collection from our setup.
