Reaching out to the PeopleSoft user community, to see if anybody has experienced / encountered a similar issue - appserver showing Deserialization integrity failure; business users encountered 'data integrity' message on page

Per Oracle's suggestion,  we ran a/e VERSION, cleared appserver cache, but the problem seems to be persistent and won’t  go away easily. Any insight or suggestions are appreciated.
