Page not displayed - Intermittent xml messages render on the screen

Environment: HRMS 9.1, PT 8.51.06, IBM Websphere 7.0.0.25, AIX 6.1, Oracle 11.2.0.2, Load Balanced

We have setup a new environment (App/Web) on the DMZ servers and sporadically, we see xml message being displayed instead of a prompt page or a secondary page itself. It seems to go away when the browser is refreshed. (Refer attachement)

We are unable to see any specific error message on the App/Web for this. Any clue as to where to start looking or configuration changes? For now, we suspect this is an environment issue, as the same seems to work fine with a different set of servers connecting to the same database.
