PeopleSoft data archival manager - Deletion process taking a long time to complete

 Hi Guys,

Good morning. 
I am facing an issue with archiving the data using peoplesoft data archival manager.I am on peopletools 8.49.11 / HCM 9.0 MP4 / Oracle 10.2.0.3 / Solaris 5.10 SPARC (64-bit). 
We have a table that has around 60 million rows. We are planning to archive 50 million rows out of it. We ran the selection process and it completed in 2 hours. We ran the deletion process and it failed after running for 17 hours as the UNDO tablespace got completely filled up. We increased the undo tablespace size and reran the process but it failed again. 
We tried for row-based processing but it is very transaction intensive, took a long time + ate up all the undo space and the process failed again. The point i am making here is - even if we set UNDO tablespace to autoextend, the process is taking a huge time.
