Roles required by User other than the PeopleSoft admin to execute PSADMIN.EXE

Hello Experts,

    I have a strange requirement where in our manager has asked us not to login into PeopleSoft Application/Batch & Web servers using the functional account(PS administrator) rather have our our own accounts created in the WINDOWS 2008 server. I  requested our OS ADMIN to create my user which I requested to be a clone of PeopleSoft admin, so that I should not have any problem while doing any tasks using PSADMIN.EXE. He cloned my user, still not able to do the required tasks in PSADMIN.exe. Attaching is the screenshot which shows the roles assigned to my user-id, which is supposedly
