Notification Mailer Work Issue(Mail Configuration)

 Hai Experts,

      We are newly done mail configuration for PO approval.

1.We done workflow mail configuration tested and moved to production.

2.Using Gmail Account with inbox,Process and Discard folder.

3.Workflow is only moving 2 mails from INBOX to PROCESS folder by Stoping workflow and starting.

4.To move other mails again has to stop and start workflow.

5.For every stop and staring of workflow it just move 2 mails to process folder.pls help me to sort out this.

Note:

 I dont know which community handle this Workflow Mail configuration.but poted here.if its wrong pls suggest me the community which handles this problem.
