Crystal Report, over 65536 rows, generated to Excel

I am trying to run a Crystal Report that creates over 65536 rows.  I want to run it to Excel.  It generates the .XLS file, but when I open it in Excel 2007, it opens in compatibility mode, and  is truncated at 65536 rows.

Is there any way I can run a Crystal Report to Excel, and get at more rows than 65536?  (I'm using Tools 8.51.15, and the process scheduler is running on Windows 2008 R2, and has Excel 2007 on it)
