User not able to view responsibilities when logged into Oracle Applications

Hi Guru's,

User is not able to view responsibilities when logged into  Oracle Applications. I find in my analysis that the user was Dormant for some time and later the user account was made active by removing the end date and resetting the password.

But still when the user log-in into the application, user can't see the user account from which he logged and the responsibilities.

Please suggest.
