Error: The Account Attribute 'password' does not match its ResourceDefinition

I recently upgraded to version 8.1.1.7 of Oracle Waveset.  We have a RACF resouce.  We never had this error before, but since upgrading, we this error when we are in the Resource Wizard on the Account Attributes page:

The Account Attribute 'password' does not match its ResourceDefinition
There have been changes with password policies since our earlier version (8.1 patch 9).  I wonder if I might be ignornant to some potential changes the might require further restrictions with our resource.
 Does anyone know the significance of this error?  What is IBM upset about?  We do have an 'Identity System User Attribute' of password defined to map to the 'Resource User Attribute' of PASSWORD.
