SHA2 SSL Certificate on WebLogic PIA

We are having issues accessing our PIA via HTTPS.  We found ID 1490633.1 which matches our issue.  We are using HP UX 11.23 Itanium.  The solution is in the document.  I am unable to locate the URL from which I can download JDK 1.6.0.15?

In one case, the issue was resolved by upgrading to the latest WebLogic 10.3 Maintenance Pack and the latest JDK patch. For this particular case, the customer's web server was on HP UX 11.23 Itanium and issue was resolved after upgrading from WebLogic 10.3.4 to WebLogic 10.3.6 and upgrading from JDK 1.6.0_04 to 1.6.0_15.  Since both JDK patch and WebLogic Maintenance Pack were upgraded at the same time, it is unclear as to which upgrade (WebLogic or JDK) resolved the problem. But most likely there were issues with use of JSSE with older JDK patch.
