Delivered Report Definitions can be accessed via Reporting Tools -> BI Publisher --> Report Definitions
In HRDMO, we are able to see all the delivered report definitions (including Recruiting Related - HRS_%)
In our Development environment, we made sure values were copied from HRDMO to development for the following tables (for some reason, our tech team has deleted values related to BI reports in these tables)

When we query PSXPRPTSRCH_VW in PL/SQL, it returns about 500 rows. However, when we go online (Reporting Tools -> BI Publisher --> Report Definitions), we are able to view about 91 rows. What is the possible issue? Is it related to Security or other tables need to be populated?
