FSCM Storing attachments on Database Vs Filesystem - Pros and Cons

Hello,

We are upgrading our current PeopleSoft Financials application from 8.44/8.4 to 8.52/9.1. Currently we are at a stage were we have to decide whether storing attachments in FileSystem or in Database would help going further down the line.

Can you please share your experiences and also Pro and Cons on storing the files on File System and Database.
