Hide /grey Contect reference

Hi All;

I would like to hide /Grey a content refenrece /menu item, like "Transfer/ Promote Employee" or HR_TRANSFER_MGR

based on the user who is logged in?

any suggestions?

 P.S  i have looked at the PT_BRANDING API package, Branding Base application class. I don't see how I can make it not loading or not

displaying the content ref "transfer /promote Employee" or HR_TRANSFER_MGR  or anyother menu items for that matter.
