Manage Template Query - Dunning Letters

Hi,

I cannot create a query in the Manage Template Query and I get the attach error when I attach the description.

We are on 12.1.3

The strange thing is that I cannot see the query level, enabled, start date, end date fields on this form, which I can see in the vision environment( Vision instance we are using is 12.1.1).
