Core Workflow - EBS (MOSC)

I downloaded an Iexpense Workflow. even before i modified it i get this error Any ideas?

  ----
  - 354: 'SAVE' validation failed for activity 'WFERROR/DEFAULT_ERROR'.
  - 362: Validation failed for child activity 'WFERROR/DEFAULT_RESET_ERROR_NTF'.
  - 358: Activity result code 'RESET' has no transition defined for it.  All valid result codes must be modeled with specific transitions or a <Default> transition.
