Multiple BU Journal Approval - Denied 1 BU but others are approve automatically

Hello,

We have run into a few issues with nultiple BU journals for approvals.  The first issue that we have identified is that when we have a multiple BU journal denied for one BU the other BU's listed on the journal are automatically approved.  We are not sure why this is approving the other BU's when one has been denied.  Has anyone else seen this issue or have a resolution for this?

Also, we have noticed that with mupltile BU journals sent for approvals, the approver will receive 3 different items for 1 journal referencing the 3 different BU's and also receive 3 different emails.  Is this part of the delivered functioanlity?  Is there a way to only receive 1 email per journal for a multiple BU journal as well as only have 1 item listed in the worklist?
