Using Data Mover Database Setup to Create PeopleTools 8.52 Database

I am in the process of going from PT 8.48 to 8.52 and due to the platform change, cannot directly upgrade my HCM 9.0 PT 8.48 database.  Here is what I have done at this time:

1. On new 64-bit servers (Windows and Linux), installed all required middleware (Oracle 11g, WebLogic, Tuxedo, etc.)

2. Installed PT 8.52 on both Windows and Linux

3. Created a new database.

Now I am attempting to run Data Mover Database Setup to create the necessary scripts, but when I get to the point where I need to select an application, there are none listed and I cannot continue without selection.  Now, the reason why there are no applications is because I haven't installed one.  This was intentional because I want to build a PeopleTools only database so that I can then run an PT upgrade against my original HCM demo database (already residing on a 64-bit Linux server), thereby giving me a demo with HCM 9.0 PT 8.52.  Then I can
