ACH vendor not receiving remittance advice

Hello,

 We are using PeopleSoft 9.1, I need help on this issue. We have some vendors that we pay via ACH which also sends out (via email) a PS remittace advice to the vendors. This advise consist of what is included on the ACH payment. Sometimes, the email remittace advice fails to send and we do not know why. Do you know why the ACH emial remittance advice sometimes fail to sent out? Please advise.
