SendMaster problem

Dear experts,

   I have a problem in one of my DEV application domains SEND MASTER utility. I was trying to push an XML into my PeopleSoft CS system and it is failing throwing me the error,

      " Error Communicating with the server<>"

  However when I am posting the smae XML into the same instance from another server's applications domain's SendMaster Utility, I am getting success. This is happeneing for numerous instances.

   For this issue, do you guys see any configuration issue around SendMaster utility in that particular server.

   Please advise, I am really stuck as it is effecting the DEV team as they have access only to that server.
