How to Implement : Notification No. 33/2012 - Service Tax : Exemption upto 10 Lakhs for Small Scale

 Hello All,
I am looking for suggestions to implement  Notification No. 33/2012 - Service Tax
exempts taxable services of aggregate value not exceeding ten lakh rupees in any financial year from the whole of the service tax leviable thereon under section 66B of the said Finance Act:       

I believe we have threshholds setups for TDS is there something similar in 'Service Tax'?
