Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Hello Guys,

I am facing a strange issue in my PeopleSoft application - HRMS 9.0 MP4 / PT 8.49.11 / Oracle 10.2.0.3.

ISSUE: I have shut down my application server but still, I am able to login to my front end PIA.

I have checked the following:

Checked "psserver" setting in peoplesoft web server configuration.properties file to see the application server to which my web server is pointing to.
Checked the application server, its JSL port and machine name is same as mentioned in the web server.
Shut down the application server, checked the JSL is not in use on the server.
Checked the server status for that application server and it shows as down.
