Error getting report repository location. (63,85) . Reports stuck in posting status

Hi All,

I am facing issue with Report posting  the error I am getting is

Error getting report repository location. (63,85)

but when I check from backend in report repository report are getting posted but it is not getting updated on Process moniter and I can view them as it is in posting status

details of env are :-

Portal 9.1  Peopletools :- 8.52.09  sso enabled

web /app/ prcs on Linux

Report node report posting by FTP/Xcopy

I checked roles on id they seems fine ,local node has password ,

Please reply if any suggestion
