Integration Broker Issue between HR 8.3 and FSCM 8.8 (Tools 8.51) for PERSON_BASIC_SYNC. After upgra

After upgrading the People Tools 8.46.13 to 8.51.16 for FSCM, the PERSON_BAISC_SYNC is not updating the PERSONAL_DATA table. (It was working fine with 8.46.13).
Nothing has been changes on HR side. (8.31)

The message are completed successfully on HR side and also completed and DONE in FSCM side too. There are no error messages.  But it does not update the target table. Since there are no documentation available can somebody help me out what could be the reason and is there any document that how to configure PERSON_BASIC_SYNC between  FSCM 8.8 and HR 8.3.


Any thoughts, ideas, documents and thing could help me out please do so. I would really appreciate. This is also production issue too.
