How to compare only PeopleTools objects to Demo environment

Hi there,
 I was thinking of doing a Compare Report of PeopleTools objects only to our Demo environment. But I don't know how to identify PeopleTools objects only.
Does anyone have an idea or went through a similar task?
If there would be a project containing all PT objects that I could use, then this would be great. Unfortunately I don't know of such a project.

I came only that far (from an PeopleSoft Upgrade document):
During the upgrade process a project UPGCUST is created with all customizations.

The problem is that it contains all objects, but I want only PeopleTools objects.
