My validation handler don't works in Reset password

Hi all!

I have the following problem.

I wrote a ValidationHandler that controls the USR_MIN_PWD_AGE database IOM; when the user goes on OIM and have the operation of change password, it works perfectly; but if the user wants to reset the password returns me the following error:
