3C Set up and Communication Data Source

I am trying to enter in a new Communication Data Source in the 3C Setup Communications section.    All goes well and I am able to register the Data source.   Once I do that,  I click on the 'View/Download Sample Data File' link.   It is here that I get a yellow star-like symbol with a red exclamation point in it.     What am I missing?      I have one of my co-workers click on same link and the xml shows up for him.     Am I missing some security somewhere?
