No data in IEX_PAYMENT table

Hi,

I am trying to run the payment collector report and therefore trying to run some payments through Advanced Collections using the collections workbench.

Can someone please guide me with the detailed steps required to perform the payment processing from Collections and generate data in IEX_PAYMENT table and hence in the Payment Collector report?
