Undelivered emails

Hi,
When workflow is unable to deliver an email notification, apart from placing an undeliverable email within the email folder in the exchange, in which table does it record that the email is undeliverable.

We would like to generate a report of the undeliverable email and contact customer if their emails provided are wrong, hence need this information.
