Follow up date in advanced collections

Hi,

We are implementing oracle Advanced Collections r12.1.3.  Our customer want to capture the followup date on the Notes window in the collections screen.

Ex: When the collections agent called the customer.  And the customer said to call on 10-feb-13 with some notes, they want to capture that date and notes.

Can you please suggest how to achieve this.
