MPR - and Release Dates for Applications and Tools version

Hi,

        I wanted to identify the MPR for PeopleSoft Financials SCM Application release 9.0. But I am not sure, how would I find that. I know the fact that, MPR is only provided if the App release on Sustaining Support.

This begs the question, how to know, the release dates for Application release version. (Example: PeopleSoft Financisl SCM 9.0). is there any way to find that out for each relase versions for PeopleSoft Applications. Note: on the certificatino tab, i could only see the certifications for tools, o/s, database and all other relative objects. i dont see the actual release date for the applicatin release.
