FSCM 9.1 FP2 has MP11 be discovered that MP10 was missing

 Hi we are implementing FSCM 9.1 FP2. When we created out inital environments (DEMO and FSYS) we applied MP9, MP10 and MP11. We recently discovered that MP10 was missing from environments that we created from FSYS. Those environment appear to have MP9 and MP11 only. What would be the best action to fix this issue if I cannot re-install or perform a restore from backup.
