Universal Work Queue and Spread Table Metadata Setup Migration

Hello,

I have created custom Universal Work Queue in Advance Collections through Spread table Metadata setup in CRM administrator and custom nodes through Universal Work Queue - Work Provider Site - Level.

I wanted to migrate the setups across other instances, as the setup of spread table metadata is time consuming and not feasible for go-live, Is there any tool or API for migrating these setups?

Let me know if any thoughts.
