oam Webgate 10.1.4.3 BP 13 diagnostic page is of 0Kb

Hi,

i have applied BP13 on OAM webgate 10.1.4.3 and after the succesfull installation of the bundle patch the webgate diagnostic page the i wget is of 0K;

wget http://host/access/oblix/apps/webgate/bin/webgate.cgi?progid=1

now returns:

HTTP request sent, awaiting response... 200 OK

2013-02-07 15:07:40 (0.00 B/s) - `webgate.cgi?progid=1.2' saved [0/0]

the page now is of 0Kb while before the installation of BP13 the page is displayable and is about of 3kb.I see no errors in webgate logs.But i need to be sure the webgate is working good.
