PeopleSoft cookie value in browser (SSL cookie not used)

All,

I secured my cookie by checking the "Secure Cookie with SSL" option in security tab from web profile.Also secured my cookie as per E-WL: How to Secure the WebLogic Session Cookie? [ID 838084.1]

however, HP Web Inspect tool finds that few values/cookie is still not secured.

again there was a vulnerabilty found from HP webinspect tool saying "SSL COOKIE NOT USED"

when I check, I came to know that the exiry date of the cooke is very old. Please help to fix this issue.
