Did not find any SQLQuery Tool - Error

We are on CRM 9.1 and PT 8.51. We are applying CRM MP5 on it CRM 9.1.
As a part of implementation i have installed ChangeAssitnat(Drive ) and Oracle Clinent(Drive C:) on sever (Windows 7- 32 bit).Oracle Client version is also 32 bit version.
Also, i have configured CA as described in the attached screenshots.
tnsnames.ora file location
C:\OracleClient32\Oracle\product\client\11.2.0\32Bit\NETWORK\ADMIN
ORACLE_HOME Environment Varaible Value:
C:\OracleClient32\Oracle\product\client\11.2.0\32Bit
When i am trying to validate Change Assitant "Did not find any SQLQuery Tool".
I have changed "Drives to Crawl" to different- different options....but still geting same error.
