Web server and App server tuning

 Hi Guys,
I am facing a performance issue with my PeopleSoft HRMS 9.0 MP4, PT 8.49.11/ Oracle 10.2.0.3/ Solaris 10 SPARC (64-bit).

I checked the web server logs and found the folowing:

The app server processes (PSAPPSRV) are in ICPANEL. The overall application performance is quite low
