Using Mapped Drive for File Locations

I am using a mapped drive for all file locations PS_HOME, PS_CFG_HOME, PS_APP_HOME, and PS_CUST_HOME and my application server domain starts just fine via psadmin but when I try to use the service it fails with file not found.  Everything (service, share permissions, mapped drive) is being run under my admin account so there is are no permission problems.  I have created system environment variable TM_TUXIPC_MAPDRIVER and restarted Oracle ProcMGR just fine.  I am running this on Windows 2008 R2 servers for tools 8.53.01.  I have opened a case with Oracle but no luck so far in resolution.  Wondering if anyone in community
