Crystal performance issue intermittently

Hi,

We are facing the crystal performance issue intermittently. The crystal get hang sometimes. As per the crystal performance enhancement doc ID 1319727.1, we tried to implement the suggested step. We follow the step attached in this post. When we ran the report by removing the check box, we got large no. of duplicate rows of subreport printed. We would like to understand if we follow the correct step as per the below bolded lines. If not, then can anyone tell us what is the correct step to follow.

"1) Open each problem report using CR2008. Right-click on the subreport > Change Subreport Links.
