Processes in the Process scheduler are in Queued state

Dear Friends,

    I happened to observe today that my Production Process scheduler perhaps seem to have got stuck though the Server is in RUNNING state. the below are the lines I could see in the TUXLOG. We are running our shop in PT 8.51 on Windows 2008 R2.
